This is your reset season. Challenge yourself to eliminate bread, rice, pasta, alcohol, fast food, and junk food. Work out 3x a week and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily. Use this time to reset your body, renew your mindset, and commit to healthier choices that support your growth and overall well-being.

Challenge yourself with a 5K for Mental Health Awareness Month. This challenge is designed to remind us that taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. Run or walk from anywhere May 11–17.
